The The Bend Motorsport Park at Tailem Bend is owned and being built by the Peregrine Corporation that owns all the "On The Run" servos, SmokeMart, Krispy Kreme and other successful businesses. The Bend will bring lots of visitors to SA and the region.

The Bend will be a great asset for SA and Australia, the sad part is I am lead to believe that the owners have pressured BP to close the local BP Servo at Coonalpyn.

Not so much pressured, but they bought out the site and closed the site.
Luckily, there are some pumps by the pub and they've been resurrected so petrol will still be available in the town.

When was this? I am sure it was open when I went by there last time (two weeks after the Old Mundulla RTE). Is that what they did in Pinnaroo?
