That's odd.  The Brisbane Ekka was cancelled but they changed the usual Show Holiday Wednesday to a Friday so we don't miss out on our Public Holiday.  I thought all the country councils were doing the same.
Yeah its been voted by Council but they have yet to get it gazzeted so may not happen. All local councils have stayed with their show holidays. Cloncurry will look to Aug 14 as the public holiday. Have to wait and see.

Should be a great day.  Haven't been for a decent ride for quite a while.

From our place we can choose to go up the slab to Caboolture, or if we add another 20 mins of ride time we can go via Mt Glorious and Esk.   Guess the winner ?    :thumb

I had a call from McCoys Cafe this morning to confirm numbers
So we have 16 so far
There are 2 more group coming but we get to sit inside
If your plans change please let us know
So that some of the other group can move inside
Things should change next month as I believe the number will increase to 100
 :beer    So come along and enjoy  :eat
But remember the 1.5 social distanceing

Just an FYI, fuel is not available in Cooyar. I just rang them to find out as I would have fueled there to support the small independent.
