Sounds not too bad at all. The bike may feel strange with the cush rubbers and inserts all tight :)

Honda can't supply the big thick o'ring that goes on the drive flange so I went to the bearing shop.. nope sorry that o-ring is an odd size and we can't supply.. so I just cleaned it and reused, it is in good condition.

Bike is till apart however with new bearings and seals either end, new cush rubbers, and a couple of new o-rings I hope to have it sorted by this weekend.
