Very common with the 1100 to blow the Left side, even happens to a lesser degree on the 1300 and on the left side.....
Couple of ways around it, add an additional 40W 12v automotive relay into the harness behind the headlights for clean pure regulated power and it goes away providing your bulb holder is secure in the first place....OR as Johnny mentioned move to aftermarket H4globes, you can either buy or make the bulb holder or just carefully trim the bottom tags on the H4 globe. If your trimming use tin snips or similar and not a Dremel that can cause vibration to the filament
Plus the H4 option is far cheaper than replacing the 45/40 Honda bulb and you have more bulb colour (K) options.
