I can vouch for the quality of the heavy jackets.  We've had one for years and it's as good as my $250 one.

I bought a jacket and boots from Aldi 5 years ago.  Still going strong. Time to update jacket.

You can be sure they will soon.  They're popping up everywhere in the SE.

some of the Aldi gear is really good value.
I bought a fabric coat and pants abt 5 years ago, still in great condition.
Pity they don't have tankbags this time round. they ae magnetic and have three compartments plus extras like bum bag. So keep an eye out for them. one of the layers has straps to make it a backpack.
The midlayer top and bottom are really good but buy a size bigger than you need as they are tight.
Last time they were on sale the helmets looked good, but after a few minutes in the shop things like the plastic vent surrounds fell off. (Is your head only worth $70)

Brain has started yet. Forgot one important bit.
There will be a rush on Saturday morning but.................
Some of the Aldi shops put the Saturday specials out the night before.
If you wander into the shop after 6pm you might just get the bargains.
One shop that did it ws Forest Lake in Brisban the night before

According to the experts that test the Helmets for the Australian Standard it is :think1

Just went to Aldi today and they have gotten in a new shipment of the MC gear... :runyay
So if you missed out last time or want some more head on down :blu13

And just a note... they don't have any of the Bluetooth intercoms :well, Aldi are in the process of changing suppliers/brand due to the amount of reported issues with them last time :eek

Cheers
