Miles left in the tank
« on: March 16, 2012, 12:48:41 PM »
Hey guys, 'cause I haven't been paying attention these sorts of things, if I have three bars lit on my fuel gauge approximately how many miles does that equate to still left in the tank?

Cheers

G'day Whizz - that seems to be just under half a tank - so I'd reckon between 160 and 200kms.

The final bar will flash and turn to a DTE readout (Distance To Empty), and it normally gives you 75-80kms and counts down from there until the last 2 litres (I think) when the km display goes to this  --   (flashing) - better stop for fuel pretty soon when you see that!

Hope this helps.

Great, thanks Diesel, I just wanted to make sure I had enough go-juice for tomorrow so as not to run out on the way!.

See you in the morning!
