Key Programming Harness

I'm looking at getting a spare key for my ST1300 and am looking to see if anyone has the HISS programming harness (2 parts) so I can set up a new key.
Part numbers for the items are as follows:
070MZ MCS 0101
07XMZ MBW 0101
both items are nearly $200 so I'm hoping that someone already has the set I can borrow.

Biggles:
If that fails, a locksmith (even Mr Minit) can make you a chip about the size of a small capsule which can be fitted inside a hollow key blank from Honkers.
Cost me $100 when I had one made for Ruby 1.

I can get my local locksmith to do one key for around $110 but where is the fun in getting someone else to do it for me. I enjoy doing stuff myself and I get the cost saving benefit to boot. Honda sell the genuine key for about $40 so effectively the locksmiths are charging $60 to clone the key.
