Now they're talking about a 20% tariff on Mexican goods. That will just make American goods more expensive and reduce employment in Mexico. Reduced employment in Mexico will lower demand for American exports to Mexico, because there won't be as much money in Mexico.
American cars made in USA are dearer than cars made in Mexico. 70% of the parts for cars made in Mexico, come from the USA. Is bizarro eonomics.
