ruSTynutz:
Looks interesting...not so sure about the tacky looking dash though...  :popcorn

ruSTynutz:

And then there's this Youtube video, just don't ask me to translate... :rofl

As can be seen, it's not shaft drive... :||||

Biggles:
Yes, the Chinese are very adept at copying styling then making it tacky.  The bike owes everything in that respect to the BMW it cloned.  I even suspect the plastic panel at the top of the dash pops out to accommodate a Garmin 660 the way the Beemer does.  Or maybe they just wanted it to look like it would do that.
My attitude to Chinese stuff has taken a nosedive in the light of their treatment of Aus.  It has intensified with our new vacuum cleaner.  I liked our old Electrolux  which still worked OK but is old, so bought its replacement.  The former was made in Hungary and is solid in every respect.  The new one is tinny Chinese- every part is lightweight.  The shaft is about 9" shorter so I'm a bit bent over and its flimsy.  The cord is about 2 metres shorter so I'm moving it from powerpoint to powerpoint and the head is narrower so it takes more passes to cover the same area.  To empty it you open the door, but the ball of debris won't fall out because of its construction, so you have to dig it out.  Not happy Jan!  Would I buy one of their clone bikes? Nup.

ruSTynutz:
I've never been a huge fan of buying Chinese products, especially when it comes to food...but, when it comes to other products, what choice do we have, nearly everything is coming from China these days, especially when it comes to our electrical goods.

Chinese built cars have come ahead in leaps and bounds in the last few years and seem to be selling in ever increasing numbers here in Australia.
Chinese motorcycles like CFMoto seem to be quite well made and reliable too so the Chinese can build decent stuff.

I guess it's like everything, regardless of country of manufacture, you can have quality well made products and then you have your built to a budget price rubbish...  :think1
