Trailer No. 4

(1/2) > >>

Williamson:
Just purchased another pre-owned Classic trailer, this time a 2011 MT Mini Tourer, similar to this one: https://www.classicind.com.au/MiniTourer/, only major difference this one is white.

Previous trailers have been an early model Classic LT without brakes, but it was surprisingly okay on the road, but one did need to carefully plan braking.  Next came the Elite Camper, with over-ride hydraulic disc brakes, which were necessary given the weight.  Then there was the the Classic Ultralite, without brakes.

Anyway, the 'new' trailer is gunna see many km of Victoria, two or three nights bush camping, and hopefully many interstate trips as well.  The trailer is in very good nick, not sure if it's had much use.  The guy I bought it off had it for18 months, but didn't use it - couldn't get a tow hitch for his Yamaha.  The guy he bought it off, bought it new, had drilled 28 holes (of various sizes) to mount some equipment inside(must've been a lot of equipment), so there's a few (28) holes to be plugged.

A few 'repairs', a bit of maintenance (check wheel bearings, brakes), check tension on nuts and bolts, registration, wire-in a battery, some lights, and a coupla charging points and she'll be on the road.

Who's coming motorcycle camping with me?
