Its still just the chassis leaning against the wall, must get around to making the box. Trips to Thailand uses up spare money and time.

Oh, that's a pity - such an interesting project too . . . What you've posted so far was an interesting read and what work you've done very impressive . . . . Looking fwd to pics of finished trailer and report on how well it tows . . . .

I keep thinking we need a trailer when touring, but we have just packed for nearly 2 weeks on the road (motels) for the both of us, using the Topbox, panniers and a small petrol tank bag, and that includes carrying all the boy fix my bike stuff.  :popcorn
