st 1100 fuel guage
« on: August 23, 2016, 10:33:15 PM »
I have a problem with my fuel guage. The fuel tank is almost empty but the fuel guage is on full. Do I have a dead short as I have intsalled leds to the front or might it be the sender in the tank. Any suggestions

Hi Lawrence,

Where did you fit the LEDs..  Have a look at the back of the instrument panel, you may have knocked the connector off, from memeory, it looks like a bullet connector socket, that pushes onto a threaded post. Its easy to knock off.
