I've gotta get my hands on a couple of these puppies!!  One for each side and one rear mounted...

I like it, but I wonder how much it would cost.   :think1

On the helmet may be an issue with the boys in blue.

In the last link is the price. About $150+. I would guess maybe $200 all set up.
