EarMold are pretty good at replacing them if they were not properly done in the first place . . . They replace a set of mine that had not been done properly by one of their agents . . . I was her first and while they did fit they were under pressure once the helmet was in place . .

Love mine, I got the speaker tubes and they keep out so much of the road noise. They reduce road fatigue after spending hours on the bike.
I'd kill my dog if they did that to mine as the speaker ones are quite expensive.

Whoops, sorry Brockie, I didn't read the cause of your earplugs demise . . You can make your own from a silicone pack . . I think EarMold will even supply these kits . . Easy peasy . . Just keep pushing silicone into left ear until it comes out the right ear . . Worked for me . . . Nothing in there to hinder silicone's progress . . At least in my case . .

I contacted earmolds re attendance at our rally this year, unfortunately they are unable to attend as they have a contract with a mining company at that time.

Lost my left one from the set that got made in Toowoomba.
I guess it was easier than sending it back for alteration :fp
I should get another set made...really notice the difference with the foam jobby & the fitted one !
