Sorry, No pics for this one - just a few words.
We went over to Whyalla and visited Heather's aunt and cousin and had lunch with them. Then it was around the corner (sort of) over to my daughter and her tribe. The youngest grand daughter (GD) and one of the twin GDs and her son was there as well. My kid and youngest GD wanted a ride around the block and GD's first time on two wheels and though nervous and in mortal fear for her life was ok.
On the way back home we had a minor issue with a few kangaroos so the 18 wheeler that was behind us (about 1 km) passed us and led us into town. He stopped and we had a brief meet up. After the second roo he decided to come in front and "clear the way" (his words) for us. He did hit one and 6 axles later it was almost as flat as a pan cake. Have to be extra careful following 18 wheelers at night 'cause if you're to close you might not see what they hit and you ride into hit.
All good got home all safe and sound after our 400 km ride. New front PR3 tyre on it's first outing and scrubbed in nicely
