What a champ! Great profile of a true no holes barred racer.
Reading about the injuries Mick endured... I do wonder about the riders in the new GP class this year - how much *MORE* power-pace-torque-weight ... these new GP bikes have compared to Doohan and Gardners GP era? Are we past the limits that these riders can correct for should anything go amiss, or are the new 1000cc GP bikes TOO powerful? All these GP riders are magic to watch, but i worry what the next big crash will do for the guys riding @ 330kph!  :eek
