From No! - go cruise to Going again cruise!!
« on: April 05, 2012, 06:47:47 AM »
Thanks to all for your help regarding my Go cruise GPS problem!, the unit is back working fine again with latest maps installed thanks to TJ189 ( Trevor ) who i purchased it off a couple of months back. It seems the default settings had been changed allowing it to want to go to sleep mode all the time, so a long story short all`s good ( touch wood ) & cheers again Trevor!.......Pete.

Glad it's working again, my only question is...How the hell did you manage to change the default system settings???? (I ask because I have one and want to make sure I NEVER do it!).

Cheers

Pete,
Do you find yours difficult to see in daylight? I've been thinking about making a shade hood to go over it to keep the direct sunlight off the screen so maybe I can actually see the map!.
