A quick 200km's
« on: October 24, 2020, 11:51:19 AM »
I went for a quick 200km ride to the scenic rim on the new bike this morning to scrub the new rear tyre in before the rain sets in this weekend.

A stop at Wyaralong dam for the obligatory sculpture shot, followed by a pie in Boonah then a back road wander through Mt Alford where i found a craft brewery in the last place you'd expect to find one.I thought it being directly opposite the pub was a bit cheeky.

4 months off a bike was telling with sore hands and a  :butt that could only do 20 minutes in the saddle at a stretch.

It's good to be back Shiney. Ze german beast was efficient but soulless. You can't beat the character of the STeed and the V4 rumble  ;-*

I enjoyed watching these photos pop up on FB over the weekend. It was good to see you on a STeed again.

It's good to be back riding again.I'd well and truly tired of my problematic car that would randomly catch on fire,over-rev and over/under produce voltz on a whim....sometimes all at once, individually or none at all for days at a time lol
