new paint job
« on: December 16, 2014, 07:50:57 PM »
hi all has been a while sence been on and have done my 1100 a new paint job,Dont confess to be the best painter but decided to give it a go myself, well after a long job of pulling all the fairings off I ended up with 15 pieces had to rub down that was a job in itself. Then there was the task of painting had to do in my shed that is not really suitable for painting more like a tool shed . Decided on a colour called Kawasaki purple ,why I don't know but came out really great love it .Hope to catch up with other st riders soon but if I do don't look too close at paint job after all done it all myself and for under $100 when I get pics will post  thanks for all those ppl that gave me advise on dismantelling my bike

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
