I'd like to see it from behind but in that view they have done an excellent job of mixing the best elements of the old design with a more modern look.

Now it is way better looking than the Trophy or R1200RT which are a bit too futuristic for me.  Hopefully from the back it will look a little less matronly,

Why won't it come here?

It is nothing more than an exercise in style, a joke in Photoshop, but the truth is that he has given me joy "invent" this assembly to a departure of 1 April ...

Going to find a little of those motorbikes that today make me dream, I tried to visualize the Pan of the future, more aggressive, with an increase in capacity for 1400 cc, with more torque, 6 changes and more horses. Taking as a basis the current PAN, I added a little of the new Honda VFR 1200 and Kawasaki GTR 1400

Therefore, it is a perverse dream, but it was a start and preached! April 1, April fool! Good curves! ; -)

They've sacrificed the distinctive triangular pipes!
It's certainly "wicked" front on it ( as the teenagers say).
From that angle it's almost snarling.
Maybe that fuller under cowl releases the heat back behind the rider.

If Mr Honda had half a brain he'd ditch the CTX1300 and pinch this idea.

You've nailed it.

The "Photoshop ST13" shows Honda just how desperate the ST's afficionados are, that they are designing the next-gen ST for him.  The creation ticks all the style boxes we love, and we can tell the tech-heads what needs to be upgraded on the panel and handlebars.

Hopefully the CTX sales will flop and they'll stop production and move all the engines they've got ready into a bike just like this.

They might talk to Kev Murphy about some paint job ideas.

I for one cannot understand The thinking of honda, they had the market, the design and they try and reinvent the wheel.....the other mid tourer brands and models must be laughing and sending them Christmas cards, honda has stepped more and more away from what made it strong and so popular.

The old saying if it is not broken don't fix it.

Well they certainly broke it, I for one still have hope they come out with something that will give us something to smile about
