I think we can put that in next years plan, or if anyone plans on going sometime just post it up and we can do the rest.

I plan to be there too, but not sure about the "biological speed governor" yet...

If bakeries are a theme here, can I suggest that another good one would be the Wentworth Falls pie shop. Anyone been there? To die for pies there, with more varieties than I've ever seen. Not to detract from the legendary pies at Robertson

Great minds think alike atoyot,  Packo was planning on doing that next year, and with a formative ride around that area for those interested.

But, yes that is a great Pie Shop, worth the stop.

Packo and I was thinking of making this a mid week and a Saturday ride, as you need to get off the Mountains around lunch time on a Sunday as after that the traffic can be a pain (big time, no lane splitting)

Is there another place/s that is/are good for a bite ??.

The pies at Robbo are pretty ordinary and have been for quite some time. Good spot to meet up and then take a leisurely down to Kangaroo Valley for lunch perhaps?

I agree about the pies being ordinary , there is the gelato factory at the top of the Bulli pass , we'll worth the ride.

Hi Guys, I'm a bit of a fair weather rider (heat and cold not an issue, rain........) I'll stick my nose out from under the covers tomorrow morning then I'll trust the weather forecast on the iphone, if all clear, then i'll warm up the beast  ......otherwise, i'll roll over and go back to sleep  and wish you guys a safe and fun ride. My planned departure was around 8.30am from Illawong with no exact route planned.

Abe has found me out.  Next beer outing is Crookwell overnighter.  I might just bring a white bike as well to Robertson - but after that it might be  blue.

I'm still going as long as the rain is not 2 heavy.
  Those in the Illawarra area should b warned that a truck charity convoy is planned thru the area up until 3pm 2day. Thru traffic has been advised to avoid the area. Therefore I will b going to Robbo via Picton Rd and then the Hume Hwy to Mittagong, Bowral to Illawarra Hwy.
