The Edithburgh Hotel is on SA's Yorke Peninsula and is about 230km from Adelaide.   You could stay overnight or make this a day trip from Adelaide.

This will be a day trip for me, but Chris's attendance on the Beemer will be weather dependant.     It the weather is really crook, we'll both take the ute. :grin

We'll probably have bike & Subaru for the trip over, but staying Friday and Saturday night. Hopefully catching some fish as well.

I've booked for 10, and said that I will confirm numbers as we get close to the date.   He was a bit concerned as he's often taken bookings, and then nobody has shown up.

The forecast is for a cold and wet week, with next Friday being 16 degrees and showers.   I hope it clears for Saturday or I may need to dust off the Ute.  :grin

Looks like a wet Saturday ride at the moment. You might need to get the ute out & bring Fish & Marcelo with you.

We're coming on Friday, leaving Sunday. Probably not fishing in the conditions, but will pick up oysters if we can.

After a discussion with Stinky Pete, looking at the COVID 19 restrictions made today, which includes only outdoor dining, together with the weather forecast, we've made the call to cancel the RTE .

While it is possible that restrictions may ease, it's probably unlikely, so best to make an early call.

Yep....   I've not had an interstate trip since March last year, and now our local rides have been restricted again.  :well

Found out from instagram of all places we're going into a lockdown from 1800 tonight (not sure how many days).  My shift today finishes at 1759 (assuming I don't run late).
