(1/2) > >>

PC:
Hi Navgirl and I are looking at flying over to the west and go an check out the Giants of Mandurah and was just wondering if anyone has been to see them and could give any advice of accomodation and how long we should plan to stay to comfortably check them out

West Aussie Glen:
We haven't seen the the giants yet and unfortunately one was set on fire.

One is in Subiaco (Perth suburb) and Mandurah is an easy drive from Perth as long as you stay away for the peak hour traffic or dodge the freeway.

Reading this ( https://visitmandurah.com/giants-of-mandurah/ ) it looks like staying down Mandurah way would be the way to go.
There is plenty of accommodation down that way just stay away from holiday periods

Let us know when you are coming and your plans and we will organise an RTE of some sorts.

PC:
Thanks Glen we are still in the thinking stage so your info is of great help.
We are looking at maybe March or April but I will let you know what we are up to

West Aussie Glen:
I am sure you will but stay away from WA school holidays, April 7th (Good Friday) to April 23rd.

PC:
Ah thanks for that Glen yep we will dodge school holidays
Flying over on a Friday/Saturday and back on Wednesday/Thursday seems to be a good choice for price just need to sus out accommodation and see what we can marry up
