Just a quick plug for our friend IanB who is trying to kick start (pun intended) his photography business (Ian Beaton Photography).
BeatUp invited us out for a practice shoot to see what he is up against when capturing you and your ride going through its paces - some results are below...

:bl11 great pics, though I won't be riding at that sort of angle until I'm used to the way my big beast handles :-((( :grin. After riding my 1989 FJ 1200 I'm still getting used to the ST
-
Interesting to note how the fluoro on the blue bike sticks out like the rocks on a dog. Food for thought I guess
Also I think the guy on the red bike was trying to prove a point.
They aren't any faster. Really.

Ideal way to capture motion is to slow the shutter speed and pan the camera to keep the bike in sharp focus, but blurring the background. This technique works well with the Pan European

That's me and was my bike.
All that extra visibility wasn't enough for a 90 year old man.

And I like the way he photoshopped Deisel and Gadget leaning at a half respectable angle . . Marcus might have been able to attribute a tad more lean . . . . Great photography Ian!

I've a shiney new camera and thought I'd take a couple of happy snaps p.m. today
