He is doing well and feeling better then he was this morning when he was being taken away by the Ambos :thumb
He is in good spirits and is looking forward to getting back on the Blue Beast :blu13 (Unfortunately it looks like it'll be a few weeks until that will be allowed though :'()

I had my "little" heart attack in 2000 and am still riding 16 years on at 71 (just rode 2 up Sydney to Perth and return to attend to Nat Ral). Just be positive and try to do some of the stuff they tell you (don't get too carried away!).
