well it was not the day for riding, but we got in and cemented a pad in front of our bike shed so that it is heaps easier to get the bikes in and out, especially for Teela, as the bumpy edge has nearly resulted in a bike drop once or twice.
So a nice 4 metre by 1.2m block later and it looks a world tidier!

Well done. Keep it wet for a few days and it will cure nicely.

I was doing some concreting at home, and my Italian son-in-law turned up with a white hanky knotted in the corners and on his head. :rofl He'd never concreted before but reckoned he'd know what to do as would be in his genes.

When concreting in front of the bike shed, ALWAYS take the bikes out first. You never know if the weather's going to improve and you could have gone for a ride.
Looks good though.
