 :13Candy  Sister's 50th, sorry unable to come along. Have had a few electrical gremlins with the Goldwing, first a relay for the indicators, radio and other things and then the main starter solenoid went and the GW has 2 of them, one for starting and the other for reverse. All fixed again. Hopefully nothing else for a while. See you all next month, hopefully!  :candystwheelie

Have fun all, running a rural fire course this weekend, but would have been in car due to recovering from eye surgery (haven't been on bike since April!!!)

Carrol and I had a great day out.
(It was a great way to celebrate Darkwing's birthday :grin)

We had an enjoyable ride there, one of those rides where you feel like you could happily ride all day :rockon
We arrived early and chilled outside.

After a while, everyone arrived, and we had a chat around the bikes :thumbsup

I got the parmy as I usually do.
This was the smallest one ever, it tasted good but was tiny :'(

Anyway we had a good catch up with everyone and then headed home the long way :runyay

The Grand-daughters and I had a great day.

It was great to see everyone again.

Afterward, we left to visit my old boss, who lives at Glasshouse Mountains, and caught up with him after between 13 and 20 years.

Unbeknownst to me, he has been canvassing his old contacts in the calibration industry to see if there were positions going after my redundancy becomes effective on the 4th of July.

After a few weeks break, I'll check them out.
