I don't think I will be able to make this RTE as I will be getting ready to go to Vanuatu on a cruise the next day

I'd like to - but it means riding past Fernvale Bakery and I'm not sure STella will be able to do that.

A late decision I decided to go to the Mt Glorious RTE on the Spyder
I had some thing to do so headed of about 8.30 and got them done super quick
I headed down the range past Gatton then over to Lowood Fernvale then turned towards Mt Glorious arriving an hr early at 10.30 so ordered a coffee not long Dale turned up then Shiney Carrol Neville & Angie turned up together. It was great to Angie riding her own bike. Timbo PC with his ST1300 going again shortly DavidP arrived
I was wondering about Bloodman had not arrived but later finding out he had a mishap on the way
Later he posted that he was alright
After a chat about Canberra National Rally everyone ordered lunch
I wanted to get home early so left about 12.30. Soon after leaving it started to rain so took it steady down the hill but before the turn off it had stopped
I headed towards Sumerset Dam then turned to go to Esk then up to Hampton then home
I did 280km all up arriving home about 2.30

I hope the recovery is quick and the repairs aren't expensive.

Hopefully the next RTE is a less eventful ride :X

Great to catch up with everyone today. Angie’s first time riding up Mt Glorious. Used every ounce of performance the 125 and 250 had to offer. Ride back home was smooth sailing. Look forward to the next RTE. cheers.

Carrol and I had an enjoyable ride out to the café.
We came across Nev & Angie at the intersection of Mount Nebo Rd and Mount Glorious Rd and joined them for the remainder of the ride into the café.

We had a chat with everyone and ordered some food which hit the spot along with some milkshakes.

After a feed we discovered the answer to the age old question of why the chicken crossed the road...

Apparently the answer is to check out the Honda ST (we encouraged this behaviour with chips) :grin

Anyway after a while we all decided to part ways and began to head home.
We followed Angie & Nev back down the hill before turning off and heading home.
Angie did a great job riding down the hill and didn't appear to allow herself to be pressured into riding faster then she is able at this time :thumbsup
