ACT RTE Moon Rock Cafe 6th of July 2013

Information:

The Canberra Space Centre (CSC) is located on the grounds of the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) at Tidbinbilla, about 35kms southwest of the city of Canberra.
It is a great chance for the ACT members of OzSTOC to sit back and relax in the Moon Rock Café for lunch and catch up for a laugh or two.

I will try to get to this one but its me mums 70th birthday so she takes priority. Be damn careful of the roads leading to this place as the last time we were there it was like riding over a luna landscape :o

I went through there a few weeks ago, and the road is ok. The new Cotter dam is well worth a look, quite spectacular.  That may be a ride afterwards.

Make me a tentative on this one. Depends on Loppie's roster. She has a sister at Captains Flat so can probably make a weekend of it if it comes off.

Just 2 more sleeps to go, the numbers have dwindled but still looking forward to eating at the moon rock.
That's one small step for man and one giant piece of cheese cake for me. Lol

  :wht11 :blk13: Even though the conditions were against us we had an enjoyable ride to Tidbinbilla to Moon Rock Cafe, were we had the pleasure of catching up with Sarge and Nicky, we were disappointed that no one else could make it but we still had an enjoyable afternoon.

Was a pleasure to meet both of you in person.
I enjoyed my cheese cake as planned.
New faces to names is always a treat, looking forward
to warmer weather and coastal rides with great company.

Good Stuff girls and Boys, all it takes is 1 bike to turn up for an OzSTOC RTE and you got 2! and the very first one held around Canberra, and it was a success, and they tell me already the food was awesome! here is to many more  :thumb
