Last Saturday 5 of us left Toowoomba and rode to Esk where we me met up with 3 mates coming from Brisbane
After saying our hello's we headed to Kilcoy where we had coffee and a bite to eat
Saying goodbye to Keith who headed to Blackbutt Yarraman then home to Toowoomba
The remaining 7 of us headed to Kenilworth where we had lunch
Then headed up to Imbil where rode out to see Lake Borumba
Then headed up to our accommodation in Gympie
After checking in showering and changing into some good gear we headed to the RSL where we had a great night
Celebrating Robert and Grant's Birthday
Sunday morning we headed to the Railway Station where we had breakfast on the Railway platform
Then we waited for The Mary Valley Rattler(steam train ride) to come along
The train trip was to Amamoor where they turned the steam engine and put it on the other end for the return trip
While this was happening we had coffee
5 of us being x railway were making sure everyone was done correctly
Then the train headed back to Dagun where we stopped for another 40 minutes
Then back to Gympie where we split up. 2 rode back down the Bruce Highway back to Brisbane. 2 rode back through the Mary Valley back to Woodford
Pete Dave and I rode over to Goomeri then down where we stopped for a late lunch. Then back to Toowoomba arriving home about 5.30
An enjoyable ride had by all
