Talk about "pimping ya ride"!  Neon lights under the bike next?

I like the scary fuel can cover.  Pretty much negates the need for a disk lock or HISS immobiliser.

Are you planning a trip across the Simpson Desert?
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Looks like a solid and flexible setup TJ. How many fuel cans can you carry, at a guess looks like up to three (unless the IBA limit is exceeded of course)

It would probably take 4 but I think that if I was going to do that then I would put an aux fuel tank in.  the two containers i have are are 1 gal each and are only there in an emergency.  There are larger fuel containers but the little ones I have will do (at least until I can afford the aux tank) Hopefully my maths would not be too far out from a reasonably close distance to  fuel station.   :whistle

I have used them once on the ST1100 when attempting to ride between Cobar and Broken Hill, ran out of fuel about 15Km from the Hill.  It was a good learning experience in underestimating the 110Kph speed limit and windy weather conditions  :fp

An interesting point you raise with the IBA limits.  :thumb

The fuel carrier looks very well designed and finished off.
