That is freakish!
R/C helicopters are not easy to fly and that guy is doing it at night among major obstacles.
The upside-down trick must rely on an onboard computer to reverse the rotor pitch.
His reflexes are astonishing!

Looks impressive, but I'm not convinced its real. There is no way it can hover on its side for so long, as there is no lift.

Most aerobatic R/C hell's have 3D capabilities which will reverse the pitch and allow them to fly and/or hover upside down or on their side.

Pfft - That craps not impressive -  -    Now I reckon, If he took that thing out to the clay target shooting range, and we timed how long he could avoid being shot out of the sky, We would be seeing some good flying and shooting at the same time  Now that would be impressive    Young whipper snappers wouldn't know talent if it bit them on the arse Pfft
