Odd spot
« on: June 12, 2018, 07:09:51 PM »
My son now runs a business hiring  spiderlifts  and has a scissorlift that I used recently to build my patio roof.

Got a message from his wife yesterday with the comment Grrr. And the second photo.
It tipped over on soft road edge down near Apollo Bay. Careless I guess, but had a soft landing so no serious damage.

Looks like damage is mostly replaceable parts and insurance claim not required at this stage. Expensive day for hirer though

The hirer would have insurance, presumably- but then there's the excess which can be formidable.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
