I know we have had our experiences with bike shops, but i have to say mine has a AAA points rating from me! Toowoomba Honda are just fantastic!
long story short, I lost a piece out of my Icon Shock that i purchased through them ($115 Cheaper than buying direct), when i was being a little to forceful with a hammer.
Rang them Saturday morning they where not sure of the part i needed, rang me back Monday morning, had part numbers sorted, ordered in an overnight bag, arrived this morning, took shock down to them, they had to use a press to put the part back in, picked up by 1pm.
Done, Delivered, Fixed, 48 dollars including the overnight postage. That my friends is first class service, and why i keep going back to them.
