Apart from a light rain shower (which only slightly dampened my Draggin Jeans denim jacket) on the way into Mudgee on the previous Friday, I had a pleasant sunny days, and despite some heavy rain on Friday and Saturday night, the days were clear.
Sunday 14 MarchYes, heavy overnight rain had me a little worried, so after packing the bike and trailer, I put on my
wets and headed south. No rain but a very heavy mist from Ilford to Sofala, but then clear so
wets came off.

Then overcast, threatening rain (but none), wanted to keep going whilst the going was good, Cowra, Young, Coolac, Tumut to Adelong. Arrive at the pub I booked, sorry mate we're full, here's my booking confirmation on my 'phone, we're full, I head for Tumut.
