Rain proof film for visors

I've noticed this being advertised through Facebook recently and was wondering if anyone here has used it, or is it just another BS piece of crap from China? If it works, I think it would be worthwhile, particularly when winter is coming.

I use rain X for plastic on my visors. Works really well.

Mr Sheen makes the water run off? I will have to try, not that I get much rain on riding days.

Wow, I didn't even know that Mr Sheen was still available! I have used it successfully in the past but thought it had gone the way of the Dodo. Thanks for your replies, I'm off to Perth today, wish me luck!
