Well it took 4 hrs, it was a good battery. The previous 3 were not so good, 2 dead and one ok.

So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

Trevsta83 and I met up in York at 10am, had a great ride to Mumby, arriving at 1pm. Enquired on their phone number to be told haven't had a phone for years. Ordered the only thing on the menu, burger, and a soft drink, burger was crap and I didn't think it was possible to stuff up what I think were supposed to be chips, Mumballup is off the RTE list for me.
Trev and I split up in Collie, he to catch up with some mates, I headed for home. Drizzle started about 20k from Collie, only lasted 5 mins, at Williams I put on the wet weather gear which ensured it didn't rain again until Beverley, then only very light and lasted to home.
Classic case of wrong place at the wrong time, I was 10k from York doing 100kph on a right hand sweeper, semi with a low loader and front end loader on board travelling in opposite direction when I felt a hard whack on my right calf, no idea what it was but I now have the skin removed 50mm dia and extremely painful.
Don't know distance etc, preoccupied with hanging out wet gear, will post the pic of ST's at Mumballup tomorrow.

Thanks for the ride Yorkie. Was great to meet you. I have to agree with your assessment of the tavern. Should have known that there wouldn't be eftpos. Cash next trip. Sorry to hear about your injury. Got a good shower on the way home, particularly in the last 50kms but the bike kept me mostly dry. Look forward to the next run.

Only undercoat  :OldMan
Dont you realize you are dealing with the unknown.  :fp If you where in South America Voodoo might be mentioned  :eek

Sorry we missed you but we were early around Mumby (10am) went to the Gnome valley then through the backblocks to Balingup where there was a country show on then a short cut to Nannup and up to Capel then home. Only had rain about 6pm. Beautiful day out but forgot the camera so it didnt happen  >:()
