well now
« on: August 16, 2014, 09:03:07 PM »
Well now, I have done about 1K kms on the "new" ST, and the confidence is building. It has gone from feeling like driving a semi, to driving a truck. I still find the thing bloody heavy, particularly when I have to stop at lights etc .Gotta plan in advance  :H

Came up the Calder today, and it sat on 130k's really well. Most impressed.

the GPz900R still inspires confidence, probably because it is 100kg lighter, 100mm shorter, and more sporty, but I must confess I carved up the freeway traffic today on the ST ;-*

Rock on...............  o:)

Goodonya Creeture3.    The more you ride the ST, the smaller and sportier it it gets, and at 130km/h they are really in the groove.   Continue to enjoy what is a great and very versatile motorcycle.   :thumb

while ever you've still got your licence.     :rofl
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
