Hey Draco,
I had my "little" heart attack in 2000 and am still riding 16 years on at 71 (just rode 2 up Sydney to Perth and return to attend to Nat Ral). Just be positive and try to do some of the stuff they tell you (don't get too carried away!).

Well I'm out of hospital after having been poked, prodded, injected, inspected, shaved and had 2 Stents inserted
