I am pleasantly surprised that someone identified the spot so easily, as it's quite off the beaten track. Well done Kev, and since he's passed the ball back to me, here's another location.....

That's look like the bridge at the Hume l Dam, Murray River, Albury-Wodonga, with Bellbridge on the other side. On the Riverina Hwy.

Correct Gadget. The photo was taken on the NSW side, looking across towards Bellbridge on the Vic side. The red dot on the accompanying photo shows the location.
