Great to put a few faces to names, just a struggled to match some names and forum names.
Last minute change of plans with pre-ride meeting location changed due to reports of water in petrol at original location. Sorry to the forum member who I sped past at the original location.
Anyway got away on time, avoided the first "road safety camera" on the Heidelberg-Kinglake Road at Wattle Glen, stopped for coffee and cake at Noojee.

Arrived Metung a little after 1:00pm, met some of the forum members, Saaz, Marcus & Tania, Nigel, Mick, Greencan, Hendo (was that you I missed at Doreen, I suppose I owe you two beers?), and others (sorrry 'bout the names).
Good lunch, good company, cold beers, great views, great sunset, lost wallet, found wallet, good bed, plenty hot water for Sunday morning shower, great sunrise, good breakfast (at Bancroft Bites), great ride home.
On the road near Noojee:
Not long after heading off after above shot I rounded a sweeping left-hander to find a red Datsun 240/260Z coming towards me, straddling the centre-line (similar to the new TAC ad here in VIC). Superb skills had nothing to do with me avoiding a crash, just luck.
Arrived home just in time to watch the MotoGP.
