ST1100 VS VFR800
« on: November 13, 2015, 04:09:57 PM »
Hi all
I took the VFR out for a spin today, parked it, then immediately took the ST out for a run just because, well, just because I could...
The difference? The ST is like a soft old bed with a cosy old doona, and the VFR makes me grin like an idiot. I dunno why people write in depth road tests...over and out.

Is your full name George Best or are you just stealing his quotation?

90% of my income is spent on booze, women and Motorcycles. The other 10% is wasted.

Thats the line I should have used when refering to George Best.

I read a comparison between the FJR and the ST.   The conclusion was that if they were women, you'd marry the ST, but have an affair with the FJR.  Simple and to the point.

and when the ST finds out, you're back on a Postie.       :rofl
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
