Actual answer:
Open Centre Distance as opposed to CCD Closed Centre Distance.
Used on bike suspension , hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

I use a free OCR program called "FreeOCR".  It can read from a variety of sources including .jpg images of pages.  It's very good and is available from here  http://www.paperfile.net/
