That's a very good engineering solution.  Obviously it's not a motorcycle engine, but if the builder is that smart, no doubt he could adapt one.  There should be plenty around, as they mostly survive write-offs.  If reliability isn't important, use a Harley one- it's already agricultural.

And they usually come with a free trailer or ute so you can take the clippings away.
