A Ride To Meet... cruiza
« on: May 08, 2016, 02:32:19 AM »

On Saturday, we rode down to the, now Puma, Service Station, just Sth of Marlborough, to meet up with cruiza (aka Michael). His STeed is a former predatory member of the Qld Police, now sporting a superb blue paint job.

It was great riding conditions,  combined with chance to meet another OzSTOC member keen to get out and give their STeed a run. 230kms each way for us and just over 100kms each way for cruiza, both saw us all home again safely.

Well done on the "mini-meetup" guys.
It's tough when you are so isolated, but you're beating the "tyranny of distance".
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
