I am heading off on tuesday morning via North western Nsw,south australia,victoria and canberra to end up in Neville 11 days later.
I have a rough route planned out but destinations are always open to change depending on whim and circumstances.

I have bubbler but it has proven to be moody at best.
I will set it up tomorrow between packing and a million other things to do

I open Bubbler and make sure I see two green lights at the top.

Then instead of using the all app close button, I close apps individually.

Click on settings and bring up

If the device is gray, click on it.

Once it is correct it should look like

Back at the main screen, press 'update now'

I check it every time, because if there is an update, you sometimes have to login again and do the select device thing again.

Landed in Cobar tonight after a 2:30am start.
Went through Toowoomba to Goondiwindi then onto Moree Collarenebri Walgett Brewarrina & Bourke.
Lot's of dead roo's, a few set's of live emu's,goats and free range grazing cattle.
Onto Broken Hill tomorrow....possibly pushing onto Port Augusta.

I lost coverage not long after Moree.
Had anothet close call ...
If i wasn't for slowing down for a large dead roo in the middle of my lane i'd have gone through a sweeping right hander into 2 emu's having a union meeting

Bubbler is an Android App for your Android phone, and is available via GooglePlay. It uses your mobile phone's GPS to plot your position and send your location to SpotWalla via the mobile telephone network. Therefore Bubbler can only update your position on SpotWalla when you have mobile phone coverage, but saves your positions and send them all off when you next move into a phone coverage area.

Bubbler is an alternative to Spot Messenger.

Departed Cobar around 7:30 bound for Broken Hill.
4 degrees warming up to 17 reaching Wilcannia.Topped up the tank.
Made it into Broken Hill with the last 20 minutes light rain.
Had lunch at the Workers club then headed off with the intention of topping the tank & putting wets on.
I got distracted - no wets or fuel....made it to Yunta wet with a whiff of fuel left.Refuelled then headed off into alot of fog all the way to the quarantine stop.Rain got heavier....made a quick stop in Peterborough for pics (had planned to catch up with Alan tommorrow but i'm running a day ahead now)
Went through a very wet Horrocks pass to land in Port Augusta wet & freezing.
