July weekday RTE,Outpost Cafe Canungra, Wed. 13th
« on: June 18, 2016, 09:54:40 AM »
July's weekday RTE is to the Outpost Cafe In Canungra on Wednesday the 13th at 11am.
A very popular spot on weekends,it is reasonably quiet midweek with plenty of parking.

Damien, you or anyone else can nominate a meeting point and ride as a group or you can just turn up at the appropriate time the café.
Cheers,
Gary

I may not be able to make this one  :o
Upon returning to the doctors yesterday i was given the results of ultrasound done a few days earlier.
I have a nice little tear in my left supraspinatus tendon so it's easy going for a while ...

Thanks Mike. It's particularly sore when i get on the bike/go to work.Physio is helping...i had Bursitis in the same shoulder a few years ago so the pain/symptoms are similar.I'm trying not to do too much of anything to not overload the right shoulder. The swelling has gone down so fingers crossed it's a quick recovery  :grin

I've mistakenly booked my car for a service on that day, but I may work around it and take the other car.

Wednesdays are ideal for me mostly.  I'm not sure about getting a Pass this time, as SWAMBO will be just back from visiting grandies and I've clocked over 5 thou kays in the past fortnight.    >:()

I couldn't make it due to car service and daughter in early labor. Good reason to miss an RTE.
