The Old Station Teahouse

  On the strength of Rob's (Draco) RR, we thought it was time to get out on Miss Scarlett and roam around our patch. Kate's back surgery was 4 weeks ago and today she was feeling strong enough to take on a ride for an hour or so. We decided to combine this test run with a lavish morning tea at The Old Station Teahouse, a favourite venue which has featured in previous RRs.

  Weather perfect, traffic light, road kinda not too bumpy and morning tea fabulous as always. Best of all, Kate's back held up well, so all is looking good for the RTE in Yeppoon, in a couple of weeks time.
