I love my ST.... Fun on the old pac hwy

Well i finally had the chance to ride my ST again! It had been safely stored at my parents place since Neville sidings as we opted to take the car instead of the bike as it was pouring rain.

So what Better way to get home from Sydney to Gosford than to go up the old road. I managed to stop and have a chat to a couple of the photographers at Eddies corner and after which, get some pics taken.

I must admit, there's nothing i like more than blowing off sportsbikes around corners on the old girl (not that it's the sportsbikes fault... you know what i mean).
I promptly got told by one fella that "Jeez your bike is smoking a bit mate" For which i replied with a rather puzzled/worried look, thinking of an impending engine detonation. Just to be told that he couldn't figure out if it was my tires, the footpegs, or my boots. Hahaha.

You only need to drop the knee to make up for short-comings in a bike's handling.

But the sports guy seems to think he is Stoner, with dropped knee, dropped bum and tilted head.

Meanwhile Flash is sitting aquare, and seems to be looking at the trees. ( and possibly grinding leather, rubber , peg and exhaust pipe)

Very special pix.  I'm glad someone is getting out there doing that.  I saw a couple of guys looking serious snapping away on the north saide of Mt Mee last week.  Killroy has been doing it for years on the Tail Of The Dragon in US.

I'd make the suggestion the Yammie has come through at a higher rate of knots in an overtaking manoeuvre  which could explain the 'degrees of separation' ......jus sayin

Your suggestion would be wrong. After the previous right hand bend for which the r1 was on the inside, I took him back on the inside around this bend. Hence the next two pictures with no yamaha in sight. Of course the yamaha is the faster bike, no doubt, but that doesn't mean the pilot is.
