It wasn't anyone from the rally, he had 3 bikes, a 1500 goldwing a royal star and the ST. He had a couple of mates riding the goldie and the ST.

OK HERES ONE FOR THE WEST. ON KWINANA FREEWAY PAST ME AT ARMADALE ROAD 12.00 TODAY NICE WHITE ST1100 WITH TWO ON BOARD. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS IN MY OTHER TOY.

On Monday the 18th out in front of RBH on Bowen Bridge Road I spotted this one (the white and bright green/yellow one in this photo

).

I thought it looked familiar, and said G'day at the lights. (I'm terrible with names but soon recognised the face.

I was on the phone via bluetooth to my wife in the car following me and her comment was "it really stands out!" Mission accomplihed.

I wonder if he was the same one I saw Saturday Mt Lindsay Highway northbound at Mundoolun around 9:00 am. I had 18 bikes behind me, including Tony on his Charcoal ST13.

This morning red ST1300 at the intersection of Bruce Highway and Southern Access Road in Cairns. Turned onto Southern Access then onto Lyons Street. I was in my car so I couldn't catch up.

Fuller Road, Lutwyche 10.00am today - saw a white 1300 ridden by a uniform, checking out my parked 1100, as he cruised slowly past. Appeared to pass inspection!

Swan View Shopping Centre car-park, Midland, WA, I think it was last Saturday.

ST1100 with fitted camouflaged scrim covering most of the tupperware.

I hung around for a while (about 1 minute, as I didn't want a sniper taking a shot at me) but no-one came, so I left a card.

Spotted a Green ST1100 in Young today parked in Main Street.
Managed to find the owner.
John lives just 80 klms away in Temora.
Owned bike for 8 years. Card issued.

On the Black dog ride at Dardanup seen 2 white St1100 and 1 red St1100.

I also saw ST1300.

Ray and Yorkie were with me and we spoke the website and handed over cards.
The ST1100 from Rockingham is very keen and should be a new member soon.
And he tapped into Ray and Yorkies vast knowledge of the ST.

Found another today ...

Blue ABS Model with Gold rims and Pin stripes... Very nice looking STead.

Forgive me but I think his name was either John or Tony

and his lovely wife Maureen.

Lives near Bigga just 120 km's away from Young or 100 km's from Goulburn.

Had no cards on me at the time so scribbled the website on an old docket.

put a card on a rather clean red 1100 in lismore sq yesterday, thinking later it was probably Mr L Green's known on this list anyway. one thing about this thread it would appear one cannot go far without being spotted. not an invasion of privacy thing. just noticing how much the 1100's are still being used often as daily rides. On another tack i knpw of a blue 1100 that sits beside a house in Elanora gold coast, never seen it moved its just there. keep trying to remember to stop the bus and card him.

Was at the Toowoomba independent motorcycle wreckers today getting parts for my DRZ and spotted a 94' 1100 metallic lapis blue.

Owner is Rob who runs the Q-Ride course there. Only had the bike 2 weeks but already happy with the purchase. Had a good chat about the bike and briefed him on the forum. Unfortunately no card as I swapped wallets and didnt have one on me.

My 5yo son was excited on seeing it too. He yells out 'hey dad there's your motorbike'... :-)
